We're supporting a client in sourcing an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to provide end-to-end administrative support across a busy recruitment function on an initial 8-week fixed term contract.

  • Pro-rata salary of £26,707
  • Hybrid to Edinburgh

This is a fast-paced role focused on delivering a smooth and compliant recruitment and onboarding process for both permanent and casual hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end recruitment administration support across UK hiring activity
  • Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Carry out right to work, reference, and compliance checks in line with UK regulations
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR coordination role
  • Good understanding of UK right to work, visas, and compliance requirements (desirable)
  • Awareness of GDPR and data handling best practice
  • Strong IT skills across standard systems and tools
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and flexibly in a high-volume environment
