We're supporting a client in sourcing an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to provide end-to-end administrative support across a busy recruitment function on an initial 8-week fixed term contract.
- Pro-rata salary of £26,707
- Hybrid to Edinburgh
This is a fast-paced role focused on delivering a smooth and compliant recruitment and onboarding process for both permanent and casual hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end recruitment administration support across UK hiring activity
- Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Carry out right to work, reference, and compliance checks in line with UK regulations
- Support the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time
Experience required:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR coordination role
- Good understanding of UK right to work, visas, and compliance requirements (desirable)
- Awareness of GDPR and data handling best practice
- Strong IT skills across standard systems and tools
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and flexibly in a high-volume environment
