IT Support Analyst | London | 5 Days Onsite

We are hiring an IT Support Analyst to join a growing IT support team within a highly regarded financial services organisation. We're particularly interested in candidates with experience supporting users in asset management, wealth management, investment banking, or broader financial services environments. The role combines 1st and 2nd line support, covering hardware, software, mobile devices, AV/video conferencing, and Office 365 technologies. You'll support business-critical users, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with device deployment, onboarding, and day-to-day IT operations. Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow, SCCM, Windows environments, and iPhone support is highly desirable.
