Project Support Analyst - 7-month contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid - Edinburgh

We are seeking an experienced Project Support Analyst to provide PMO and project support to one of Harvey Nash's public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day PMO and project administration support.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation and manage project data.
  • Support reporting, governance activities, risks, issues and action tracking.
  • Assist with communications and change management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with information management and data protection procedures.
  • Build effective relationships with project teams and stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a PMO, Project Support or Project Coordinator role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities across projects or programmes.
  • Understanding of information governance and data management requirements.
  • Ability to work proactively, independently and at pace.
