The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile digital programme, helping drive the future direction and continuous enhancement of a key Salesforce platform.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to support a Salesforce Centre of Excellence, acting as the key business-facing lead for demand management, continuous improvement and platform adoption.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, delivery teams and external partners to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritised and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Salesforce CoE continuous improvement backlog.
  • Engage with business teams to gather, analyse and refine requirements.
  • Support new Salesforce-related initiatives and project demand.
  • Liaise with third-party System Integrators to support solution design and delivery planning.
  • Promote Salesforce governance, best practice and user adoption across the organisation.
  • Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery.

Experience Required

  • Strong Business Analysis experience within digital transformation programmes.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, ideally Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
  • Proven backlog management and prioritisation experience.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience translating business needs into user stories and requirements.
  • Experience working with System Integrators and delivery partners.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Active SC Clearance.
