The Opportunity

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to support a major transformation programme, working closely with the Delivery Manager, Technical Lead, Data Scientist, Change Lead and business stakeholders.
You'll play a key role in ensuring solution designs align with operational needs, policy objectives, reporting requirements and agreed project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement plans.
- Facilitate workshops with SMEs and business stakeholders.
- Produce current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") process maps.
- Elicit, document and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis across processes, systems, data and reporting.
- Document business rules, decision logic and exception handling processes.
- Support RAID management by identifying business risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
- Produce UAT materials and support business acceptance testing.
- Ensure requirements and process improvements are aligned to programme benefits and success measures.
Experience Required
- Extensive Business Analysis experience within complex transformation programmes.
- Strong process mapping and business process improvement expertise.
- Proven requirements gathering and documentation experience.
- Experience creating user stories and supporting Agile delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting UAT and change initiatives.
- Ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Active SC Clearance.
