Dynamics 365 Project Manager
Location: Hybrid (Midlands-based)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits
We are recruiting for an experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager to join a growing organisation undergoing significant digital transformation.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of business-critical Dynamics 365 projects, working closely with stakeholders, end users and third-party partners to deliver successful implementations and drive long-term business improvements.
The Role
As Dynamics 365 Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of system implementation and enhancement projects across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and hypercare.
- Facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Managing relationships with third-party vendors, implementation partners and suppliers.
- Coordinating project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
- Supporting data migration, system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring successful user adoption.
- Translating business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Providing regular project updates to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 projects.
- Strong project management experience across business systems implementations.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and implementation partners.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience overseeing UAT, deployment, user adoption and post-go-live support.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management and delivery methodologies.

- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- CRM migration and transformation projects.
- Business process improvement and change management initiatives.
