We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing PMO and Change function on a 2 year fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to support a range of innovative projects across the region.

The Opportunity

With significant investment in transformation, digital innovation, AI, process automation and service improvement, there is no shortage of interesting work to get involved in. You'll join a well-established Business Analysis team and immediately begin supporting a diverse portfolio of projects, from process mapping and procurement activities through to large-scale organisational change initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who can quickly build relationships, understand complex requirements, and confidently work with stakeholders from operational teams through to senior leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements across multiple projects
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
  • Mapping and improving business processes
  • Supporting procurement and tender activities
  • Working alongside project managers and delivery teams to ensure business needs are clearly understood
  • Translating operational requirements into practical solutions
  • Contributing to digital transformation, automation and innovation programmes
  • Managing multiple priorities across a varied project portfolio

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with Business Analysts who can hit the ground running and bring strong stakeholder engagement skills alongside proven change and transformation experience.

Experience in the following areas would be particularly beneficial:

  • Business Analysis within large and complex organisations
  • Process mapping and business change delivery
  • Stakeholder management across multiple levels of seniority
  • Public sector or regulated environment experience
  • Transformation and service improvement projects
  • Power Apps, RPA or automation initiatives
  • .NET or technical project exposure
  • Procurement or tender support activities

Most importantly, you'll be someone who can confidently enter a room, ensure every stakeholder voice is heard, and capture requirements that genuinely meet business needs.

The Team

You'll join a highly regarded Business Analysis team consisting of experienced Business Analysts from a variety of backgrounds, spanning both public and private sectors. The team sits within the PMO function and is known for its collaborative, supportive and welcoming culture.
