We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Applications Specialist to support the ongoing operation and evolution of our Finance technology landscape.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established Payments Acquiring business, working in a fast-paced, flat organisation with significant autonomy. You'll play a key role in supporting the transition to a modern SaaS technology landscape across Finance, Risk, HR and other functions.

Working closely with the Finance Technology Lead, you'll act as a key link between Finance, Technology, managed service providers, implementation partners and Oracle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the stability and ongoing development of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM.
  • Coordinate BAU delivery, incidents, service requests and defects.
  • Deliver enhancements from requirements through configuration, testing and release.
  • Support Oracle quarterly updates, integrations and critical Finance processes.
  • Maintain governance across configuration, security, controls, documentation and audit.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and key Finance stakeholders.

Essential Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, SLA, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Cash Management, AHCS and EPM.
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes including month/period-end close, reporting, reconciliations, controls and audit.
  • Experience supporting a live Oracle Fusion environment, including BAU and quarterly updates.
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle Fusion enhancements through configuration, testing and release.
  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, prioritisation and vendor-management experience.
