A leading Financial Services business within Investment Management are currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to join them on a 3 month initial contract in London.
The role requires hands on tech support experience, within Financial Services (ideally at smaller to medium sized businesses).
The successful applicant must have had experience working directly with the business users.
Essential Requirements:
- Extensive experience providing IT Support to a complex organisation
- Experience of providing support for the UK in office and remote across Europe
- Experience of working on a helpdesk ticketing system
- Ability to provide IT and AV support to stakeholders and clients
- Experience of working on an office move would be preferable
- Understanding of data protection and information security requirements;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - articulate and confident, with the ability to assist users of all technical abilities and demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies;
- Ability to priorities, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure;
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, and be punctual and reliable;
