- Ideally, candidates will already hold Security clearance, at a minimum candidates must be eligible.

This is a support role for a newly established "Network & Security" team within the Cyber Resilience Programme. An initial focus on discovery and documentation of the existing firewall estate, followed by hands-on support of the firewall environment as part of Business As Usual (BAU) operations and project delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Firewall Engineer within a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong hands on experience with Check Point firewalls, including policy design, implementation, and operational support.
- Experience with both physical and virtual firewall platforms, including cloud hosted firewall environments.
- Experience supporting firewall services across both operational (BAU) and project based workstreams.
- Strong documentation skills, with experience capturing as?is environments and producing clear, structured technical documentation.
- Good understanding of network security principles, firewall architectures, and secure network design.
