Data & AI Lead - Hybrid (London) - £600-£700d/r Outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Data & AI Lead to drive the design, delivery and growth of Data Governance, Security and AI solutions for a growing client portfolio. This is a strategic, client-facing role combining technical leadership, solution architecture and advisory expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Purview, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure AI solutions.
  • Deliver secure, compliant data and AI platforms across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Advise clients on data governance, information protection, compliance and AI strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring across delivery teams.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposals and client workshops.
  • Shape and evolve the organisation's Data & AI strategy and service offerings.

Desirable Certifications

  • SC-400 Information Protection & Compliance Administrator
  • AI-102 Azure AI Engineer Associate
  • SC-100 Cybersecurity Architect Expert
