Programme Manager - Systems Transformation
6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | Hybrid Scotland
£518 p/d
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to provide leadership across a large-scale systems transformation programme. You will be responsible for coordinating delivery, governance, planning, risks, dependencies, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across multiple organisations and workstreams.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in a senior Programme Management role.
- Significant experience working within NHS Scotland.
- Strong understanding of the UK and international digital healthcare landscape.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Experience creating executive reporting, presentations, and visual communications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively manage delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead programme governance, planning, and delivery activities.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and programme reporting.
- Coordinate stakeholders across multiple organisations and teams.
- Drive successful delivery of strategic transformation objectives.
- Produce clear, engaging communications for senior leadership and governance forums.
