We have been doing tech recruitment  for over 20 years. We are enormously proud of our successes and of our market standing across the Midlands and the South West, but we are nowhere near finished! We are always evolving and looking to adapt and change with the time. We moved away from the recruitment staple of ‘cold calling’ over a decade ago, and our market interaction is now led by our thought leadership events, network management and talent consulting. 

Each one of our consultants is developed as a ‘true’ consultant, able to advise clients and candidates and deliver solutions that underpin the transformation of some of the World’s most recognisable brands. We don’t do recruitment as you know it.
