Hi I'm Rhodri and I head up the Financial Services Practice, based in the Harvey Nash London office. 
I support the team across the UK South, providing support and expertise across an extensive portfolio of trusted clients, including; but not limited to Investment Banks, Retail Banks, Investment Managers, Consultancies, Asset Managers, Proprietary Trading houses, Brokerages, Fin Techs, Insurance firms and more.
I have over 15 year's experience in technology and finance recruitment, helping to build the financial services practice from its conception over 12 years ago. The team cover the whole technology landscape from change and transformation, to risk, compliance and non-tech roles.

My remit is to support our technology specialisms and executive search business across our London and Birmingham offices. With 10 years of experience in recruitment, primarily in technology and product, I&rsquo;ve supported organisations from start-up&rsquo;s and scale-up&rsquo;s right through to enterprise organisations.
Outside of work, you&rsquo;ll either find me at the football or riding horses. I compete horses internationally through the Mounted Games &ndash; a fairly unique equestrian sport. I represented England in 2024 at the World Championships in Australia and was proud to bring back the gold medal!&nbsp;

Jack Capel

Hi, I'm Graeme, I'm the Execuitve Director of our Public Sector practice, based in our Edinburgh office.
I joined the business over a decade ago as a graduate recruiter and over that time have grown our team to deliver an exceptional standard of service to our client base across Scotland.
We have an extensive portfolio of clients across Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Retail Banks and Consultancies amongst many others. I am responsible for an incredibly talented team of individuals that search for and place people into interim jobs.
I continue to deliver into many of our key clients and I'm Account Director to many of these too. My team manage over 500 active contractors. A significant part of our work is within the Scottish Public Sector and so the work that many of these contractors do genuinely change people's lives, something I am proud to associate myself with.&nbsp;
I sit on the Global Innovation Labs board for our parent company, Nash Squared, where we research, discuss and test solutions that help give our colleagues a competitive edge using technology (in most cases) as the enabler. I also sit on the Action for Children Boycott your Bed board in Scotland and have supported them for over 10 years.
Outside of work I enjoy running, playing golf and watching rugby. I have two young daughters who keep me on my toes, so if I'm not watching their ballet or swimming classes, we're out on walks in the Pentlands which we're fortunate to have on our doorstep.&nbsp;
The best piece of advice I've ever been given is, "Do what makes you happy and give it your all."

Graeme McNaull

Hi, I'm Aaron, a Senior Consultant based in the Harvey Nash Edinburgh office.
I work with a range of clients from Start-ups and SMEs to larger corporate businesses. The positions I recruit vary from entry-level through to Senior/Lead and Engineering Manager level, specialising in recruiting Software Engineers and Software QA/Test Engineers.

My role now is to ensure contractors receive first-class support throughout the duration of their contract from onboarding through to offboarding. I am also responsible for collating feedback focusing on continually improving their experience.

I am responsible for overseeing the on-boarding of all the contractors across our clients. Once the contractors have been guided through the on-boarding process and have started their assignments, I will continue to look after them and deal with any queries they may have, this covers hundreds of contractors and queries can range from paperwork related to timesheets to payments.&nbsp;
