Hi I’m Lorna, I’m a Service Delivery Manager part of Harvey Nash Leeds office. My role entails managing some of our key accounts and recognise growth opportunities within those existing relationships, adding value and a critical level of service whilst offering outstanding client experience.
I have a a background in telecommunications, software, storage and infrastructure, previously supporting a range of digital transformations happening in almost every organisation internationally. This experience supports my current role and responsibilities, with industry knowledge and solid communication driving success.
Outside of work, my friends and family take up the majority of my spare time, I am an auntie to a cheeky niece and taking her new places is a blessing. I make sure I take time for myself as well, in my free time you’ll find me in the gym or on skyscanner looking for a quick city-break, exploring somewhere with sun and the best restaraunts.
