I love helping organisations and the people in them be the very best versions of themselves. Through 20 years in Senior Management I find what holds people back is often themselves and the real or imagined barriers we put in our own way. I am driven to help break down these beliefs and barriers, to enable people to experience liberating and energy giving work. Because I do work that energises me, every day is a leap out of bed day. The focus of my role is to bring solutions relevant for our client needs. I invest fully in building lasting relationships built on trust and mutual respect. Active listening and fully focusing on what is being said to you is both respectful and brings insight upon which new things can be built. People refer to me as knowledgeable in the careers and talent space. I’m aware of the latest thinking, contributing to emerging ideas and I’m early adopter of all things technology.

Life outside work revolves around my two boys. Weekends mean tennis, football, and loyal (if painful) support for Dorking Wanderers and Liverpool. I love travel, languages and a good pub quiz, though my competitive streak has seen me quietly banned from family board games.
The best piece of advice I've been given is 'if a thing is worth doing, it’s worth doing well.'

My recruitment journey started in Yorkshire in 2018, before my move to Edinburgh in 2019, where I have continued to develop my knowledge within the Cloud and Cyber contract market, often attending local events to get connect with local experts.
Outside of work, I love all things football, I play in a couple of amateur football leagues on the weekends, as well as watch it at any given chance. I'm very sociable and will take any chance for a long weekend abroad to explore a new city.
The best piece of advice I've ever been given is, "Life is short, enjoy every moment!"

Hi, I'm Lindsay and I'm the Contractor Care Manager for the Harvey Nash and Flexhuis MSPs.
Managing a team of 3 Account Coordinators across 8 clients, I have grown from a Delivery Coordinator role working with contracts and compliance, setting up our contractor care and account processes over the last 6 years.
My role now is to ensure contractors receive first-class support throughout the duration of their contract from onboarding through to offboarding. I am also responsible for collating feedback focusing on continually improving their experience.
Outside of work, my two passions are travelling the world exploring other cultures and also working as a nail technician focusing on art, attention to detail and of course, customer service.
The best piece of advice I've ever received was, "Embrace mistakes as valuable learning opportunities. Mistakes only highlight areas for reflection and growth for continuous improvement."

Hi, I’m Lucy and I'm an Associate Director responsible for growing and developing our client base, with a particular focus on partnering with our RPO and MSP clients.
My background has always centred on MSP and RPO, specialising in enterprise, procurement and financial services. I’ve managed key relationships across both agency and workforce solutions environments, giving me a rounded view of how to grow and deliver solutions that genuinely work for clients.
Outside of work, I’m lucky enough to spend quality time with family and great friends. Bonus points if it includes a glass of wine or a pub pitstop. I’m a mum of two, which means most of my spare time is dictated by their hobbies, usually standing pitch-side in classic Great British weather or running a full-time taxi service for various clubs. If I’m not doing that, I’m out walking our crazy puppy or sneaking out for a run.
The best piece of advice I've ever been given is now what I pass on to my kids. At the school drop off in the morning, or before I leave the house I always say to my two, ‘be good, be kind and have fun’, I think they’re good values to follow.

Hi, my name is Matt and I am an Apprentice Consultant at Harvey Nash.
I completed the School of Code bootcamp in 2022 and experienced the highs and lows of software development within a SCRUM framework. I understand the dynamics of a tech team alongside a good foundation of knowledge in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Aside from looking for the best people for amazing opportunities, I love to spend time outside, either working in the garden or walking Twig my whippet. I definitely appreciate time away from the screen.
The best piece of advice I read recently was, "If a certain activity really matters to you, the only way to be sure it will happen is to do some of it today, no matter how little, and no matter how many other genuinely big rocks may be begging for your attention." -Oliver Burkeman, Four Thousand Weeks
