Hi, I'm Charles and I'm a Consultant specialising in Business Change and Transformation at Harvey Nash Leeds.

I specialise in the recruitment of talented tech professionals, taking an honest and transparent approach to help candidates and clients alike find the perfect fit. I have extensive experience recruiting business change and transformation roles.

Example roles I recruit for include:

  • Project Manager
  • Program Manager
  • Head of Change
  • Head of Programmes
  • Business Analyst
  • Agile Coach
  • Scrum Master

Outside of work I enjoy travelling, watching and playing sports particularly football and golf. I also enjoy socialising with friends and family. I am a keen fan of Formula 1 and enjoy traveling to races around the globe.

The best piece of advice I've ever been given is, "Great things never come from comfort zones."
