Outside of work, you&rsquo;ll either find me at the football or riding horses. I compete horses internationally through the Mounted Games &ndash; a fairly unique equestrian sport. I represented England in 2024 at the World Championships in Australia and was proud to bring back the gold medal!&nbsp;

Once the contractors have been guided through the on-boarding process and have started their assignments, I will continue to look after them and deal with any queries they may have, this covers hundreds of contractors and queries can range from paperwork related to timesheets to payments.&nbsp;
