Ravi Bains

Principal Consultant

Hi, I'm Ravi and I’m a Principal Consultant within the Technology Specialisms team at Harvey Nash.

I’ve been in recruitment since 2012, starting out in the BI & Analytics space within the public sector. Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise across the private sector, recruiting within a wide range of technology verticals including Digital Change & Transformation, ERP, Architecture, Software Development, and Testing.

Example areas I recruit for include:

  • Digital Transformation Specialists
  • ERP Consultants
  • Solution and Enterprise Architects
  • Software Developers
  • QA & Testing Professionals

Outside of work, I’m a passionate Spurs fan and a big sports enthusiast. I also enjoy travelling and spending quality time with friends and family.

The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is: “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.”
