Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Node.js development, as well as extensive experience with MongoDB. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side of our web applications and ensuring optimal performance of our database.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications using Java and Node.js
• Implement robust Api’s and services to power web applications.
• Design and manage database schemas with MongoDB
• Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale by maintaining code quality and system health.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Perform code reviews and enhance existing applications to improve performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Provide training and support to internal teams.

Requirements

• Proficient in Java and Node.js programming languages.
• Strong experience with MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, and CSS).
• Excellent understanding of server-side logic and high performance.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
