Position: Test Manager

Job Description:

Reporting directly to the Transformation function, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes into project timelines and objectives. You will lead the testing lifecycle, from planning to user acceptance testing, ensuring that all IT services align with business requirements and exceed quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed testing strategies in alignment with project goals, overseeing test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Manage end-to-end testing phases within projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test deliverables, communicate progress, and ensure outcomes meet project requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to the testing team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources for effective execution.
• Implement quality controls throughout the testing process to maintain project standards and overall quality.

Experience Requirements:

• Testing Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in test planning, execution, and management across various testing types.
• SAP project management experience is essential, while familiarity with Workday is preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse requirements, risks, and prioritize testing efforts effectively.
• Project Management: Proficiency in project management practices (agile/waterfall) to oversee testing deliverables.
• Leadership: Experience in leading testing teams, with a focus on mentorship and team management.
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with test automation tools, test management software, and continuous integration/delivery practices.
