Partnered with a Global AI powered customer platform connecting software, integration's and resources to every modern businesses key demands across Marketing, sales and customer services. They are hiring a Technical Consultant to come on-board and play a key role in shaping how organisations use the platform and forge strong C-Level relationships to deliver impactful and scalable Technical Solutions to clients:
The Role:
- Architect and implement end to end integration's utilising APIs, serverless functions and automation.
- Build and Deploy AI features including predictive insights tools and LLM based assistants.
- Python, REST APIs and Serverless platforms as tools to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Prototype intelligent automation features utilising tech such as NLP, Machine Learning and Gen AI.
- Strategic Technical advisor to clients.
- Provide leadership across technical discovery sessions, understanding key business objectives, challenges and requirements.
- Devise complex requirements and translate into clear and actionable technical plans.
- Collaborate with Strategy, sales and delivery teams to enable solutions to be shaped roadmaps implemented.
Key Requirements:
- 5 + Years in a technical consulting, development or integration role.
- Extensive knowledge of APIs, workflows and automation.
- Highly experienced in Python and web tech such as REST, JSON and Javascript
- Experience in driving, delivering AI/ML-driven solutions such as Chatbots or automation.
- Cloud platform experience such as AWS or Azure.
- Understanding of CRM Data models, system architecture and Data governance.
