We are delighted to be working with the Glasgow division of our client as the look to enhance their current Technology team with a highly experienced Incident Manager. The right candidate will be responsible for leading the response to critical incidents across our IT operations, platforms and applications, ensuring rapid resolution, minimal business impact, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. As our client is within financial services we can only consider candidates with extensive experience within this sector - either in an internal Incident Manager capacity or as a third party service provider running services for their FS client base. This role is crucial in maintaining system resilience, stakeholder trust, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, commercial environment. A large part of this role will be the stakeholder engagement across the business, up to Executive level working closely to keep the CIO and wider Executive stakeholder group across any incidents/ resolutions/ potential risks. newSQL DB Engineer | 12 Month Contract | (Inside IR35) | Hybrid/Glasgow | Starting ASAP Day Rate: Overview:Experienced Database engineer, with hands on experience with the NewSQL architecture and products in this space.
