<p><strong>Hi, I'm Alan and I'm a Talent Acquisition specialist within IT recruitment at Harvey Nash. </strong></p>
<p>I have a wealth of experience in recruiting for IT roles within the public sector. This ranges from IT project managers, to DevOps/Software Engineers to Solution Architects.</p>
<p>Outside of work, I've always been really active going to the gym, boxing a few times a week, and watching football - an Arsenal fan. However, I've recently become a it's been more gentle strolls and night feeds than squats and deadlifts.&nbsp;</p>

Though experience in Palo Alto, F5, Collaboration, VPN, Windows and, Linux is advantageous. You need to be technically skilled and have the drive and the ability to be proactive to deliver results as part of the overall change programme.<br /> <br /> Promoting best practice in network management you will ensure that the clients policy and procedures maintain quality assurance levels of a high standard.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Main Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>The key focus for this contract at the start is to focus on the following projects:</li><li>Manage the migration of internet and azure hosted traffic to the new sdwan solution, as well as rollout of new VPN solution, upgrade of estates wide LAN hardware/software (Triage of site failures over 50+ sites), Wi-Fi system upgrade (New controllers, AP's, expansion of coverage etc). The Land Registration Automation team is responsible for analysing the problem space and developing solutions that enable high‑volume, low‑complexity casework to be automated. Key challenges include: * Applying OCR and large language models to deed documents to assess automation risk. * Using large language models to interpret unstructured Title Sheet content and support automation of more complex cases. * Automating wet signature verification using document analysis, object detection techniques and open language models. The team is focused on expanding the scope, accuracy and reliability of the automation capability. Python Engineer - Automation 

<p>Italian Speaking Help Desk Analyst| 6 Month Contract | (Inside IR35) | Hybrid, Livingston | Starting ASAP Day Rate: £DOE About the Role: The Group Service Desk provides first, second, and third-line support to colleagues across the business. You'll take responsibility for providing effective 1st- and 2nd-level support to users via the Service Desk, including support for systems, servers, and networks. The existing infrastructure primarily consists of Windows 11, Mac OS &amp; mobile devices, as well as several largely bespoke applications, and Citrix-based desktops and applications. Main Duties: * Answering Service Desk chat promptly and providing 1st- and 2nd-Line technical support.
