Hi, I'm Alan and I'm a Talent Acquisition specialist within IT recruitment at Harvey Nash. 
I have a wealth of experience in recruiting for IT roles within the public sector. This ranges from IT project managers, to DevOps/Software Engineers to Solution Architects.
Outside of work, I've always been really active going to the gym, boxing a few times a week, and watching football - an Arsenal fan. However, I've recently become a dad so it's been more gentle strolls and night feeds than squats and deadlifts.&nbsp;

The role will provide specialist data and analytical support to the Occupational Classification project by developing a robust workforce data set to support AHP workforce planning models.Collecting and analysing this data will enhance the organisation's ability to make informed decisions about service capacity and the effective deployment of AHP resources.
