Job Title: Head of Product, Data

Location: W1A 1AA,London

Mode of working: Hybrid (2 Days/Week)

Job Type: 4 Months Contract

The role will sit within the Digital Product - data platform function. The product is internal facing and is infrastructure

that informs the capture of audience behaviour (i.e. what programmes did they choose, did they like it etc) which

generates data. The data is then used by other teams. The data is now being unified into one platform (from

multiple other platforms currently used). The Head of Product will be overseeing the unification from multiple data

platforms to a single platform.

  • Significant Experience of managing and developing products and services - including defining productroadmaps, product development, product life-cycle management, managing stakeholders , implementinglong-term plans and applying market/audience/industry knowledge (where appropriate).
  • Experience of writing and evaluating product specifications, proposals and reports.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile delivery principles, quality software engineering processes and practices.
  • Ability to plan and forecast product budget and deliver within that budget.
  • Significant experience of appropriate technologies relevant to delivery of product/service/platform andselection of appropriate technology for task.
  • Ability to understand and prioritise the needs of the product's users - either audience members, editorial or development teams.
