<p>I'm an experienced Technical Recruiter with over a decade of expertise and experience in placing exceptionally talented individuals. I work alongside a number of major organisations across the UK, including Google, BBC, Ford and Expedia.&nbsp;</p>
<p>When working with clients, my responsibilities range from participating in meetings with hiring managers, identifying and approaching suitable candidates, all the way through to processing offers for successful candidates.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>HR Reporting Analyst | 3 Month Contract | (Inside IR35) | Remote| Starting ASAP </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Day Rate: £DOE</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving HR and payroll reporting and analytics across the iTrent HRIS platform, using SAP BusinessObjects and other analytical tools such as Power BI and Tableau.</p><p>The role ensures high‑quality management information, accurate data outputs, and supports organisational decision‑making through robust reporting solutions.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Essential Skills &amp; Experience:</strong> </p><ol><li><strong> Reporting, and Business Objects and Central Management Consol Design and Maintenance</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Build, maintain, and optimise standard/ scheduled and ad-hoc Business Objects reports for iTrent data users.</li><li>Manage Freedom of Information (FOI) and other internal and external data requests</li><li>Design dashboards, scheduled reports, automated outputs, and data extracts.</li><li>Develop user‑friendly reporting solutions from the full iTrent database, using pre‑packaged filters and custom prompts.</li><li>Manage and maintain the CMC<br /> </li></ul><ol start="2"><li><strong> Data Analysis &amp; Quality Assurance</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Ensure data accuracy through validation, testing, and reconciliation routines.</li><li>Join data from other HR systems</li><li>Analyse trends, patterns, and anomalies and present insights to HR, Payroll, Finance, and service leaders.</li><li>Support audit requests and statutory reporting needs.</li><li>Ensure data quality and definitions are consistent</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><ol start="3"><li><strong> System Support &amp; Collaboration</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.</li><li>Provide guidance on best practice use of reporting tools within iTrent and BO.</li><li>Provide user training for self-service reporting</li><li>Assist with business processes such as payroll cycles, HR compliance, and organisational structure data checks.</li><li>Strong experience in SAP Business Objects, supporting iTrent HR and Payroll system</li><li>Experience supporting system upgrades or reporting migration projects</li><li>Ability to advise in relation to Data and Reporting matters to managers including senior managers</li><li>Developing and Maintaining a Business Objects Universe</li><li>Experience of analysing data and information from various sources to produce complex reports and action plans</li><li>Strong SQL or query-writing skills for complex data extraction</li><li>Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements</li><li>Solid understanding of HR/Payroll data structures and relational/dimensional data models</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Desirable Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of iTrent modules beyond core HR (payroll, absence, recruitment, onboarding, time and attendance, case management, performance)<strong><br /> <br /> </strong></li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>This role has been deemed Inside IR35 by the client.
