What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the administration and optimisation of the Salesforce platform
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Supporting CI/CD pipeline integration and automation
- Driving best practices in Salesforce configuration, security, and data integrity
- Mentoring junior admins and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce certifications
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
- Omnichannel and Gearset experience (bonus!)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
