Position: Compensation Progam Analyst
Location: London, UK
Mode of working: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Duration: 6 months Contract
Responsibility:
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation, with strong knowledge of international processes and practices.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge a plus) to manage and interpret complex data.
- Ability to support and deliver compensation projects, including annual planning and incentive plan reviews.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with global stakeholders, resolve queries, and explain complex topics clearly.
- Proven ability to work across regions (LATAM, EMEA, APAC) , supporting both lead and support roles as needed.
