Shrinkhala Shinghai

Associate Resource Consultant

Hi, I'm Shrinkhala and I'm an Associate Resource Consultant working as part of our Technology Specialisms team, at Harvey Nash.

With over 6 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, my experience spans various industries, including IT, SAP Modules, Niche skills (Pharma/ life science), and Non-IT. I am a dynamic professional with proven abilities in managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process.

Example roles I recruit for include:

  • Front-End Developers
  • Back-End Developers
  • Cloud Developers
  • DevOps Engineers
  • Business Analysts
  • Scrum Masters

Outside of work, I'm a social butterfly and love travelling to explore new places. When I'm not getting lost in the streets of new cities, I enjoy reading novels and playing chess.

The best piece of advice I've ever been given is, "It doesn't matter how slowly you go, as long as you don't stop."
