Our client is looking for an experienced Technology Vendor Manager to play a pivotal role as they look to transition a significant part of their Technology and Business Services to a 3rd Party Offshore partner. You will help operationalise the service post contract signing, helping define SLAs & OLAs, building governance and reporting frameworks and ensuring the relationship with their partner is set up for success.
