In this senior leadership role, you'll:
- Work closely with the CIO to redefine future of data landscape for the business - think new Data TOM if you will!
- Lead the development of advanced analytics, BI tools, and AI-driven solutions.
- Take responsibility for creating a robust data ecosystem to support the wider business in making data led decisions
- Champion data governance, quality, and security.
- Foster a data-driven culture and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build and lead a high-performing team with a focus on capability development and succession planning.

- Proven Data leadership background.
- Demonstrable experience in defining a strategic vision for data solutions.
- Deep expertise in data technologies, evolving from hands-on analytics to technical leadership.
- Passionate about harnessing data to unlock insights and drive strategic impact.
- Experience of leading data teams of circa 20.
- Skilled in modern data tools, including Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong communicator and team builder, capable of driving growth and engagement.
- Executive-level thinker with strategic influence and change leadership.
- Specific and current experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced private sector environment.
- Ability to work 3 days a week on site in Glasgow.
