Harvey Nash's Public Sector Client are looking to bring in a contract Project Manager to assist with the Technical Infrastructure projects including system upgrade & migrations and Network deployment & upgrade tasks. The scope of the work is such that relevant experience across these IT disciplines is essential. The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating and scheduling internal and where necessary external 3rd parties, tracking progress in relation to the plan and alerting the relevant management bodies of any possible failure to deliver on cost or timescales. You will be expected to travel onsite once or twice a month.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Well established technical knowledge of IT Server and Network Infrastructure environments.
  • The post holder must have proven Project Management experience and good communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with others.

Desirable Experience

  • In depth knowledge of NHS IT systems.
