Position: HR Manager
Location: London, UK
Mode of working: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Duration: 6 months Contract
Responsibility:
- 7+ years' experience in Human Resources, ideally with a focus on Employee Relations and organisational change.
- Proven ability to partner and influence leaders at all levels with tact, professionalism, and sound judgement.
- Deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Conduct and manage employee investigations and grievance processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR teams (Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, etc.) to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Use data insights to identify trends and recommend proactive HR and ER solutions.
