Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Agile Business Analyst x2.
- Initial 12 month contracts.
- Onsite work in Edinburgh, Scotland - as well as remote working.
- £425 - £475 a day.
- Public sector experience preferred.
The Roles:
- Ability to map current working processes across technologies to identify new working processes.
- Support business change activities across the organisation.
- Influence and collaborate with stakeholders and users across the business.
- Using user story / process mapping, identifying and defining business benefit, value and metrics, roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, including splitting and refining work, and 'as is' and 'to be' states - whilst generating documentation to a good quality standard.
- Supporting the adoption of agile ways of working and solution delivery at pace, coaching others in the team in agile business analysis mind set, tools and techniques
To apply, you must have the following experience:
- Experience of Agile methodology
- SCRUM
- Be able to understand and define both the big picture service design and be detail orientated
- Strong capability in business impact assessments & analysis across multiple business streams
- Have some experience of UX and user research
- Experience of Business change
- Public sector industry experience.
- Ideally have a current Disclosure Scotland certificate.
