CRM Consultant| Part Time Contract | (Outside IR35) | Remote | Starting ASAP
Day Rate: £450
Harvey Nash's Client require a contract CRM Consultant to work 1-2 days per month, to assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics as a new organisation wide CRM.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and experience of implementations with not-for-profit organisations
- Experience of implementing Click Marketing Automation
- Experience in implementation and best practice of PowerBI reports
- Understanding of ticketing systems such as Gateway Galaxy
- Experience of integrating Microsoft Dynamics with ticketing systems
- Excellent communicator. Ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels across the organisation and adjust your approach to fit the requirements of your audience
- Ability to hit the ground running, a self starter
- Ability to develop people by supporting colleagues and team members to develop their skills
