Role Overview

The People Partner provides strategic and operational People support to senior leaders, driving business performance through effective people management, change delivery, and employee relations. The role ensures people practices are compliant, commercially aligned, and centred on colleague experience.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner at senior management level.
  • Strong employee relations case management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering organisational change.
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills.
  • Experience using People metrics and data to support business decisions.
