We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead and develop HR teams across multiple operational sites. This role involves providing high quality HR guidance on complex casework, supporting local leadership teams, and ensuring HR service delivery aligns with organisational objectives. You will also play a key role in driving and implementing change programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and support HR teams to deliver effective HR services aligned to business needs.
- Oversee workforce planning and ensure recruitment processes meet relevant standards and legislation.
- Provide professional HR advice to senior management on people matters, including complex case management and attendance strategies.
- Collaborate with trade union representatives and contribute to national HR initiatives as required.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience operating at a senior HR level.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and guide HR teams.
Desirable
- Chartered CIPD membership.
- Experience leading HR teams through organisational change or digital transformation.
