This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading North-East based organisation as a Application Support Lead. You'll lead a small technical team responsible for delivering high‑quality application support across a diverse portfolio of business‑critical systems.
In this role, you will:
- Manage, coach and develop a team of application support analysts
- Oversee day‑to‑day service delivery, incident management and workload planning
- Collaborate with technical teams and application owners to drive service improvements
- Contribute to technical roadmaps, continuous improvement and strategic planning
What we're looking for:
- Strong leadership ability and people‑management skills
- A background in application support within a complex IT environment
- Confidence working with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Citrix, authentication services and server/client applications
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
