A Technical Business Analyst is sought by a prominent client located in the East Midlands. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and defining the client's digital strategy by thoroughly analysing business requirements and translating them into innovative solutions. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential for designing effective processes and delivering digital products that improve the overall customer experience.
Key skills and responsibilities,
- Previous Business Analysis experience
- Strong System integration experience
- Customer facing digital apps experience would be highly desirable
- Understanding Data flows and API integration
- Gather and validate requirements from a wide range of stakeholders using best-practice techniques.
- Record processes and requirements clearly for both current and future states. Work with product teams and vendors to create top solutions.
- Foster relationships across IT and business for effective delivery.
- Strong understanding of web, app, integrations, APIs, and customer data platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery approaches.
