Dean Sadler-Parkes

Head of Delivery

Hi, I'm Dean, Head of Delivery with over nine years’ experience successfully placing contract and permanent IT professionals across a wide range of technologies and industries.

I lead a high-performing delivery function, working closely with both clients and candidates to ensure consistently high standards of service, candidate care, and delivery outcomes.

My role involves overseeing the delivery of all contract and permanent vacancies, while leading and developing the Delivery Team—ensuring their wellbeing, performance, and long-term career progression. I act as a senior support and escalation point for contract customers, working in close partnership with the Head of Contract Recruitment to resolve challenges and maintain strong, trusted relationships.

I also work alongside the Director of Recruitment Services and Head of Technology Recruitment, providing strategic input on customer escalations, recruitment best practice, and the future of candidate care—helping clients attract, engage, and retain top technical talent in an increasingly competitive market.

Outside of work, my time is happily taken up by my three cocker spaniels, who demand attention on the hour, every hour. I’m also preparing for the arrival of my baby girl in March, which I’m sure will keep me on my toes. I’m a keen gym-goer, a self-confessed Guinness connoisseur, and—despite the ups and downs—proudly support Wolverhampton Wanderers, the best football team in the Midlands.

The best piece of advice I've been given is "we are not here to fill jobs, we are here to place people!"
