Senior Project Manager - ServiceNow Re-platform
Glasgow (Remote first with some travel to office)
£625 (Inside) - 6 month contract.
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major ServiceNow Re-platform project. The ideal candidate will bring strong IT project management experience, familiarity with ServiceNow, and the ability to operate in agile and hybrid delivery environments. The role includes full project ownership, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and RAID management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality are met.
- Create and maintain project plans; manage risks, issues, and reporting.
- Work with internal teams, partners, and vendors to drive delivery.
- Align project delivery within the wider technology portfolio.
- Support change control and PMO governance processes.
Key Skills
- Demonstrable technology project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methods.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder skills.
- Proficient with Excel, Confluence, ADO.
- Experience managing budgets and suppliers.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations or infrastructure projects.
Any exposure to the energy or utilities sector and/or an understanding of scaled agile delivery would be advantageous.
