Our client, a software services business, is looking for a Business Analyst to work as part of a team as they onboard new customers. You will engage with the customer, lead workshops and requirements eliciting sessions before documenting these and working with a Solutions Architect to help shape solutions (Down to Epic Levels) before collaborating with the offshore technical team to produce more detailed feature level designs.
You will be a well rounded Business Analyst who has previously worked within a solutions business where the development work is carried out offshore. You will be a confident and accomplished operator who is able to 'Hold an audience'. The role is primarily remote but with travel as required to client sites.
