Workday Business Analyst - Birmingham

2 days onsite in Birmingham per week
Workday Business Analyst required for a leading organisation to support a high-profile Workday HCM implementation and wider business transformation programme. The successful candidate will join a close-knit team to drive requirements gathering, support change impact activities, and help shape future-state processes.
- Recent experience support a Workday HCM implementation
- Work as part of a major IT transformation programme, helping to replace outdated processes and systems
- Engage in business-wide change and transformation activities, ensuring alignment across functions
- Build on existing pre-project work, refining and progressing previously gathered insights and plans
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements to support system design and delivery
- Collaborate closely with the Change Manager, providing impact assessments and supporting change planning
- Assist in mapping future-state processes and defining improved ways of working
- Develop strong working relationships with the SI partner and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to a close-knit core project team, sharing knowledge and supporting team delivery
- Promote Workday knowledge transfer and upskilling within the internal business teams
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills are essential
