The Role
Our customer is seeking an experienced Product Lead with strong expertise in mobile application delivery and a background in Education /Education Technology to lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of mobile-first digital learning solutions as part of a key transformation programme.
You will shape scalable, user-centric mobile learning products that enhance educational outcomes and drive digital adoption across learners and educators. Acting as the key link between business stakeholders, engineering, UX/UI, and education teams, you will ensure product delivery aligns with strategic and learner needs.
Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, you will lead discovery, define product strategy, manage prioritisation, and oversee end-to-end delivery of mobile app features across iOS and Android.
Essential Experience
- Strong experience as a Product Lead / Senior Product Manager delivering mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)
- Children's pedagogy experience
- Proven background working within the Education or Education Technology sector
- Experience leading end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
- Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences
- Target audience ages 4 - 15, pedagogy / pedagogical
- Ability to translate complex educational requirements into digital product
- solutions Strong experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI, engineering, and data teams
- Experience with learning platforms, LMS or digital classroom products
- Knowledge of behaviour-led or adaptive learning systems
- Experience working in public sector or large-scale education programmes
- Exposure to AI, personalisation or data-driven learning technologies
