Great opportunity for a junior BA (3+ years experience) to join the Lloyd's Market syndicate. This role is open to candidates from a general FS background, and is more aligned to those who are process/functional based BAs, primarily concerned with the overall business strategy, optimising operational processes and understanding the "what" and "why" of a business need.
This role is for a candidate who can demonstrate strong analytical capability, experience in regulated environments, and depth across core BA disciplines. The role expects someone who can confidently manage requirements, analyse processes and operating models, and support business case development while engaging effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years as a BA - you must have a solid track record performing BA responsibilities, ideally across multiple projects or domains.
- General FS experience is required. You must understand regulatory constraints and how they shape processes, controls and documentation.
- Strong on: requirements management, process analysis, stakeholder analysis, operating model analysis, business case development.
