<p class="x_MsoNormal">I have more than ten years&rsquo; experience partnering with clients across Retail/Investment Banking, Capital Markets, FinTech and Wealth Management to build their Projects &amp; Change, and Software teams. I&rsquo;ve also placed most hands on roles within the Software Development life cycle including Data, Infrastructure and Cyber.</p>

<p>Job Title: Associate Director - Corporate Finance<br />Overview<br />We are seeking an experienced Associate Director - Corporate Finance to join a dynamic and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead transactions, manage client relationships, and contribute to the strategic development of the corporate finance function.<br />Key Responsibilities<br />Support the leadership and management of the Corporate Finance team alongside Directors and Partners<br />Lead and project manage corporate finance engagements, ensuring delivery within timelines and quality standards<br />Take ownership of project execution, identifying and resolving issues ahead of Partner review<br />Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor<br />Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and strategic objectives<br />Contribute to the development of new and existing service lines<br />Identify and convert new business opportunities into Corporate Finance engagements<br />Play an active role in business development, proposals, and marketing initiatives<br />Promote and support cross-selling opportunities across the firm<br />Team &amp; Leadership Responsibilities<br />Manage, mentor, and develop junior team members<br />Conduct performance management, appraisals, and training<br />Provide coaching and guidance to support team member's career development<br />Act as a role model, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture<br />Deliver clear, constructive, and timely feedback<br />Required Experience &amp; Skills<br />ACA / ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant experience<br />Strong experience within a Corporate Finance / Transactions environment<br />Proven project management and leadership experience<br />Strong technical knowledge across corporate finance activities<br />Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<br />Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)<br />Preferred Experience<br />Experience in Capital Markets transactions and knowledge of relevant legislation<br />Track record in business development and client relationship management</p>
