- Ensure controlled, low-risk transition with minimal disruption to live services
- Drive quality gates, governance, RAID and sign-off before go-live
- Manage knowledge transfer between incumbent and new suppliers
- Hold suppliers accountable and bring structure to delivery
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading (not supporting) large-scale, multi-supplier transition programmes
- Delivered complex transitions across multiple disciplines (infrastructure, apps, service desk, etc.)
- Strong orchestration capability with the able to align, challenge and direct multiple suppliers
- Experience working in SIAM or multi-vendor environments
- Deep understanding of transition lifecycle, governance, risk and quality gates
- Hands-on, self-sufficient and comfortable stepping in and taking ownership quickly
- Recent experience delivering similar programmes end-to-end
