The RoleYou will contribute to, and in more senior cases lead, the design and delivery of enterprise-scale data architectures that underpin analytics, AI and digital transformation programmes.Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Designing end-to-end data architectures, covering ingestion, modelling, integration, governance and data serving across cloud platforms</li><li>Shaping architecture strategies including data modelling standards, lineage, data quality, metadata and master data management</li><li>Supporting and leading architectural discovery, defining data workstreams and delivery approaches across Azure, AWS, GCP and Snowflake</li><li>Working within cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, AI specialists and business stakeholders, to design and assure scalable data solutions</li><li>Engaging with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define requirements and recommend technology solutions aligned to value and ROI</li><li>Translating architecture designs into practical delivery, working closely with engineering teams across pipelines, integrations and platform services</li><li>Contributing to data strategy, operating models and roadmap development to support long-term transformation</li></ul> Your ExperienceYou will bring a blend of strong technical capability and consulting expertise, with experience across:Architecture and Delivery<ul><li>Designing and delivering enterprise data architectures across the full lifecycle</li><li>Building data models, pipelines and semantic layers in complex environments</li><li>Working across structured and unstructured data platforms in cloud ecosystems</li></ul>Data Management and Governance<ul><li>Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, quality frameworks and master data management</li><li>Experience embedding these principles within modern data platforms</li></ul>Technology and Tools<ul><li>Data modelling expertise, ideally with tools such as Erwin or ER Studio</li><li>Experience integrating data from core enterprise systems, for example SAP, Oracle, Salesforce or Workday</li><li>Knowledge of ETL processes and cloud-native data storage and processing services</li><li>Exposure to MDM tools such as Informatica, or API integration using JSON and tools such as MuleSoft is advantageous</li></ul>Consulting and Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>Proven ability to work in client-facing roles, building trusted relationships</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to link technical decisions to business value</li><li>Experience evaluating technology options and articulating trade-offs and ROI</li></ul> Desirable Experience<ul><li>Exposure to Agile delivery methods such as Scrum or Kanban</li><li>Certifications in data or enterprise architecture, for example TOGAF or cloud certifications</li><li>Experience developing data strategies, operating models or governance frameworks</li><li>Experience designing data platforms that support AI, including emerging use cases such as agentic AI</li></ul> Why Join<ul><li>Work on cutting-edge Data and AI programmes with real business impact</li><li>Gain exposure to a wide range of industries and complex transformation initiatives</li><li>Be part of a collaborative, high-performing team with strong growth ambitions</li><li>Benefit from flexible, hybrid working and a competitive package</li></ul>
