We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a complex digital transformation programme within the health sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven generalist Programme Manager with a strong track record of delivering large-scale change and digital initiatives in a healthcare environment. You will be responsible for overseeing programme governance, managing risks and dependencies, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive Programme Management experience within the health sector.
- Proven delivery of complex digital and business transformation programmes.
- Strong programme governance, financial management, risk, and benefits realisation experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement at senior and executive level.
- Ability to lead multiple workstreams and multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates must be based within Scotland's Central Belt. While the role is predominantly remote, regular travel and occasional overnight stays will be required.
