User Researcher (Public Sector Health)

We are looking for an experienced User Researcher to join a major public sector health programme, helping to shape and improve digital services through user-centred design.
Working within an Agile multidisciplinary team, you will plan and deliver user research activities, engage with patients and healthcare professionals, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that inform service design and digital delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Proven User Research experience within the public sector.
- Experience working on health sector digital transformation programmes.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, including interviews, workshops, usability testing, and surveys.
- Experience working within Agile delivery teams alongside Service Designers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders.
Desirable:
- GDS and accessibility experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and patient-facing digital services.
